    Complete laboratory: concept, design, commissioning and technician training, with furnace production where contracted. Delivered in India, the United Arab Emirates and Slovenia.

  • Single Furnace

    One vertical or horizontal/vertical furnace for an existing laboratory: concept, design and commissioning scopes carried out in Germany and Denmark. Roof extensions, movable walls, load frames and instrumentation are configured per project.

  • Modernization

    New control, supervision and data-archiving system, extraction and EN 1363-1 pressure regulation on existing third-party furnaces, delivered in Saudi Arabia with an annual maintenance contract.

    3D engineering to your laboratory's scope and standards; furnace simulation with SolidWorks, DraftSight and analysis programs.

    Manufacture

    Fabrication to EN ISO 3834-2 with 100 % NDT-tested structural welds, sandblasted and primer-coated.

    Install

    Delivery and on-site assembly by our team.

  4. 04

    Commission

    Curve verification runs and operator training.

  5. 05

    Support

    Calibration support, spares and rapid refractory repair with pre-cast blocks.

Technician and Operator Training

Technician and operator training is part of our complete-laboratory deliveries and of commissioning, together with curve verification runs on the installed furnace.

Maintenance Contracts with 24/7 Remote Support

  • Annual maintenance service contract with 24/7 remote support
  • Remote diagnostics through the Siemens SIMATIC S7-1500 automation
  • Spare parts, calibration support and rapid refractory repair with pre-cast blocks
  • Modernization of existing furnaces: control, supervision, archiving, extraction and pressure regulation
